General Location: Approximately 30 miles northeast of Knoxville.

Spout Spring Estates is the largest producer of Cabernet Sauvignon wine grapes in Tennessee.  In 2006, approximately 28,000 pounds of cabernet sauvignon were hand-picked and sold.  Due to the late frost, 11,500 pounds of cabernet sauvignon were harvested in 2007.  Current efforts focus on production of high quality Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, and Riesling grapes for sale to wineries in Tennessee.
