Description:

Join us just off of Exit 407, the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains!  Eagle Springs Winery is proud to offer honey wines along with its limited selection of dry and semi-sweet wines.  Free tastings are offered daily and the intimate winemaking area is also open for public viewing.  Whether you are looking for some local fudge, honey, gift items, or wine to take home, we are the stop for you.

Wines:

Dry Wines

WOHALI LEGEND: Aromas of rich American Oak, vanilla & spice coupled with flavors of plum and blackberries with a lasting finish.

COURAGE: Melons and apples highlight this wine’s crisp aromas and refreshing fruit flavors.

Semi Sweet Wines

HONEYMOON: Bouquet suggestive of fresh honey and green apples paired with a barely sweet, sensual finish.

BLUSHING EAGLE: Don’t make me blush! This inspiring blend of red and white Muscadine is as juicy as they get.

“Sticky’s”

NECTAR: Honey and mango infuse to create an exotic tropical aroma! Modestly sweet, loaded with fruit, & finishes fresh... just like a ripe mango.

WILDFIRE: Strawberry & Kiwi unite in honeyed bliss! A mouthful of sweet strawberry and slightly tart kiwi culminates in a satisfying finish.

SCREAMING APRICOT: Apricot fruit and floral honey, a simple yet inviting combination. Scream like an eagle!

PRIDE OF THE SOUTH: Two southern traditions united at last! Sweet honey and Muscadine grapes make an inspirational pairing.

Availability subject to change without notice.
