Chicken Salad
4 cups JFG mayonnaise
3/4 cup sugar
½ cup Tennessee champagne
½ cup white vinegar
4 cups cooked chopped chicken
2 cups chopped red apples
2 cups chopped pears
Salad greens
Toasted walnuts
Crumbled bleu cheese
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, champagne and vinegar in a blender.
Process well. Pour over chicken, apples and pears, mixing well.
Serve over salad greens. Sprinkle with walnuts and cheese.
